Volunteer accessibility training
Did you know our volunteers are considered human resources? As such, all volunteers are required by law to take Customer Service Training under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA RSO 2005). For more information on these rules, visit the Ontario Government website.
